I am a developer and software lecturer at heart - six years of teaching taught me that the most important thing is not writing code, but designing well and turning complexity into something that works.
Today I combine both worlds. I write code, design architecture, and build AI systems end to end - from the business diagnosis to production. Not a project manager from afar. Hands in the code, head in the business process.
I've built document-processing systems that save hundreds of hours a month, multi-tenant architectures for AI agents, voice systems in Hebrew and English, and complex integrations between systems never designed to talk to each other. On every project, I start from the process - not the technology.
